DESCRIPTION:If you need help learning to use your device or are having a technology issue\, stop in to the Marengo Township Hall between 5-6:30 pm with your questions.  Up to 30 minute sessions are available on a first-come\, first-served basis. Sign in when you arrive.   \nThe hall is located at 14021 23 Mile Rd Albion\, MI 49224-8504.  Tech Time is also available at Marshall District Library on Mondays from 5-8 pm & Wednesdays from 1-4 pm.  Appointments for other times at the library (& for virtual sessions) are also available by calling 269.781.7821 x2700 or emailing harmonm@yourmdl.org. Inquiries receive a response within 24 hours.

DESCRIPTION:Travel back to the beginning & unearth delicious techniques in Spice Club.  Explore solo or join our monthly gatherings to delve into corners of the cooking world with featured cookbooks & spices.  August’s featured cookbook is Kin by Marie Mitchell\, available to checkout between July 28 – August 25.  “In Kin\, Marie Mitchell engages with her ancestry through the complex history of Caribbean cuisine (Jessica Carbone).” \nMeetings are held monthly; registration is required each month & is limited to one spice kit per household. Registration includes the month’s spice; attendance at the gathering is optional. Marshall District Library is not responsible for any reactions or sensitivities to spices. Cook with caution. Ages 18+ only. \nOur programs are free (& very popular)! We often have a waiting list; if you register but can no longer attend\, please let us know!  Please note: Watch your email for a response\, noting confirmation or waitlist status\, within 24-48 hours.
