Unearth Your Family’s Story: Getting Started in Genealogy

July 13 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Every family has a story waiting to be discovered. In this introductory program, library staff will show you where to dig & how to share what you uncover. You’ll learn the what & why of genealogical research along with practical tips on organizing your findings, growing your family tree, & discovering the many resources available to help you unearth your family’s story. This session is intended for adults, but teens with an interest in the subject may attend.

Registration required.

Our programs are free (& very popular)! We often have a waiting list; if you register but can no longer attend, please let us know! Please note: Watch your email for a response, noting confirmation or waitlist status, within 24-48 hours. If you do not have regular email access, you may contact our Help Desk for assistance with registration.
