Booking Guidelines

Rooms available for groups up to 60 people during library hours
Meetings must be open to the public with no admission fees
No press conferences, political rallies, or purely social functions
Allow up to 1 business day for processing
Book up to 3 months in advance (recommended: 4+ weeks ahead)
Rental fees are due 1 week after a room request has been approved

Desk 2 chairs

Rooms are available for public use for up to 2 hours at a time. At least 1 person using the room must be 18 or older & must present a valid library card or picture I.D. Time may be extended by library staff if no one else is waiting to use a room. Library cardholders may reserve study rooms up to 1 month in advance.
